This document describes in detail the design, modeling, and actual production process of the louver blade using Bazis software, followed by optimization using Woodsoft Optimizers :
– Machining details can be combined into the project for cutting and drilling along with other parts.
– Replace the entire basic wing with a single-shot wing using a simple pick-and-release operation.
Woodsoft Optimizers effectively control panel edging and prevent panel splitting.
– The machined edges of the facets are smoothly tapered at an angle.
– The parts that use the same cutting tool for machining, grooving, and cutting boards are grouped together, avoiding the need for frequent tool changes and significantly reducing processing time.
– Completely eliminates the need to rely on currently popular wing machining software such as Aspire, Alphacam, etc.
