The way this software works is very simple: After designing, modeling on the software and exporting to the CNC machine. You just need to put these files into the Woodsoft Optimizers software, the software will return the optimized files. This software has 3 main functional groups:
– Optimizing the board cutting process: Preventing small details from shifting when Nesting, Running 2 drilling holes simultaneously, Board cutting, Processing U-shaped cam pins, etc.
– Optimizing the machining of details on central machining machines: Optimizing milling details, Optimizing horizontal drilling, Optimizing round hole boring, etc.
– Converting the code format to run the machining for different machines: Nanxing, Huahua, KDT, SCM, etc.
