Prevent splashing of details during nesting with Woodsoft Optimizers software.

Woodsoft Optimizers will help you edit your wood cutting files to prevent wood chips from flying off using the following algorithms:

– Cut the smaller pieces first, then the larger ones.

– Begin cutting from the piece furthest from the center of the board, then gradually move towards the pieces closer to the center.

– When cutting a part, we start lowering the tool from the inside, near the corner, making a diagonal cut to the corner at a slow speed, then continue with a normal cutting speed. At the very last short section, the part is only slightly attached to the workpiece by a small amount of the initial diagonal cut. This small attachment prevents the part from flying off. To completely separate the part, we again use a slow cutting speed.

The result of this cutting technique is clean, precise cuts, and importantly, the workpiece does not fly off or shift out of place.

Currently, Woodsoft Optimizers only supports optimizing files exported from Woodsoft's Bazis Mebelshik software.
