– After completing the training program for you, we will continue to provide direct support on the application of business processes when using the software for a period of 2 months. – Warranty period: We are responsible for free warranty and maintenance of the software for 12 months from the date both parties agree to sign this contract. – If you wish to continue technical support after 12 months, we will have to purchase support according to the attached price list from the manufacturer. – Support and warranty method: – In case of a problem, you must immediately notify us by phone. We are responsible for resolving the problem within 36 hours for minor issues and 72 hours for serious issues. You are responsible for paying our transportation and travel expenses. – If after the warranty period, both parties agree to sign a maintenance contract, we will continue to provide warranty service for the program for you, using the same warranty method as above.
