Woodsoft Optimizers: Nesting for any input

After a long time accompanying the community of wooden furniture manufacturers, the Woodsoft Optimizers solution developed by the Woodsoft team has become an open and versatile solution.

Woodsoft Optimizers can now receive input from BAZIS, SketchUp (plugin ABF and AFU), Polyboard, Excel and even Nanxing XML files. From these inputs, Woodsoft Optimizers will:

– Optimize board arrangement, save boards, take advantage of DC boards.

– Export G-Code files to run the optimal machine, automatically prevent board flying

– Export label files, specify detailed edge banding, barcodes, full QR codes.

– DXF cutting diagram files.

– PDF report and cutting diagram files

– Excel files: Report on material consumption by order and by product, Report on processing by detail. In particular, Woodsoft Nesting can also Renest the DXF cutting diagram of ABF, helping to optimize the board, re-export labels and have all the documents as listed above.
