Woodsoft Nesting (Beta version)

The vast majority of woodworking workshops and factories in Vietnam are using the Nesting method to cut wood panels using G-Code-controlled CNC machines. Currently, the most popular software for panel arrangement, nesting, and G-Code generation in Vietnam still has many shortcomings: panel arrangement is not optimized, G-Code cannot be generated for many types of CNC machines, panel flying is not prevented, and hinge drilling, milling, routing, and leveling are not optimized, etc. To overcome these disadvantages, Woodsoft is developing Woodsoft Nesting software with outstanding features: – Runs on a web platform, so no complex installation is required. – Optimized panel arrangement: nesting parts, placing parts inside hollow parts, rotating parts to save panel, etc. – Optimized operation of hinge drilling, milling, routing, leveling, and panel edging. – Prevents panel flying with small parts. – Generates G-Code for all types of CNC machines. – Flexible cutting tool and drilling setup.
