panel layout ကို အကောင်းဆုံးဖြစ်အောင်လုပ်ဖို့နဲ့ mass CNC machining အတွက် G-Code ထုတ်ပေးဖို့ Woodsoft Nesting နဲ့ ရင်းနှီးပြီးသားပါ။ ဒါပေမယ့် individual component machining လိုအပ်တဲ့ case တွေကော။ 👉 အလျားလိုက် drilling machine မှာ cam-pin connection holes တွေနဲ့ screw holes တွေ တူးဖော်ခြင်း 👉 မျက်နှာပြင်ကို တစ်ပြိုင်နက်တည်း drill လုပ်ပြီး machine လုပ်တဲ့ machine မှာ door panel တွေကို milling လုပ်ခြင်း 👉 အလျားလိုက် drilling လုပ်နေစဉ်အတွင်း trim thickness ကို အလိုအလျောက် compensate လုပ်ပေးခြင်း ဒီဗီဒီယိုမှာ Woodsoft က ရိုးရှင်းတဲ့ 2-step process ကို လမ်းညွှန်ပေးပါလိမ့်မယ်- ✅ အဆင့် 1: panel layout orientation မှန်ကန်မှုအရ component တစ်ခုစီအတွက် DXF files တွေကို export လုပ်ခြင်း ✅ အဆင့် 2: အလျားလိုက် drilling machine အတွက် Post Processor ကို configure လုပ်ပြီး machining files တွေကို export လုပ်ခြင်း ဗီဒီယိုမှာ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အချက်အားလုံး ပါဝင်ပါတယ်- machine type ရွေးချယ်ခြင်း (CNC မှ အထူးပြု horizontal drilling machines အထိ option 4 ခု)၊ edge တစ်ခုစီအတွက် horizontal drilling code ကို configure လုပ်ခြင်း၊ Y-axis direction၊ trim ကို လိမ်းပြီးနောက် coordinate compensation နဲ့ simulated result file ကို run တဲ့ demo ပါ။
